Frequent flier programs are only worthwhile if you travel frequently. For those who do, it can save plenty of money. Airlines usually have an 800 number for customers to speak with frequent flyer miles representatives. This is convenient if you want to redeem frequent flyer miles or have questions or concerns about the program.
